IVACK makes this application available to you free of charge for your Smartphone or other mobile device (“device”). However, the download and use of the application could incur costs following the usual rates or charges by the wireless or telephone providers, as well as other parties that are not related to IVACK. By downloading and using this Application you agree to its Terms of Use.
You may use this Application, including any materials, products, or programs included in it (“Content”), as well as download, display, print, and/or otherwise use the Content, solely for your personal use, expressly excluding commercial purposes, and provided that you comply with these Terms of Use and identify any copyright or other intellectual property rights applicable to any Content you download, view, print or otherwise use (such activities “Use”). This is the only license or right you receive in relation to the Application and the Content.

IVACK may update, modify, interrupt or abandon part or all of the functionality of the Application and/or the Content, and make changes, corrections and/or improvements to the Application or the Content, at any time and without notice. IVACK is not responsible for any cost, loss or damage that may occur as a result of any modification, interruption or termination of any or all of the functionality of the Application or the Content.

IVACK is not responsible for any cost, loss or damage that you may cause or suffer as a result of not respecting any of the aforementioned responsibilities.

· Systematically make copies and massive public distribution of the Content.

Its Use and these Terms of Use must be governed, founded and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation without taking into account the conflicts between laws. IVACK SOLUTIONS, S.L. on its own account or that of a third party contracted to provide measurement and monitoring services, uses “anonymous traces of activity in a flat textual file” when the User downloads its application.
An “anonymous flat text file activity trace” is a small piece of information that is stored on your mobile device when you download the Application. These files do not harm your device. However, if you want to remove them you must remove the Application from your device.
